Below is a list of what levels your pokemon will obey you with what badge, trophy or rank (TR and Rangers). Please follow this guide as it will determine if your pokemon are going to listen to your character or not.

Breeders:
No Trophy: lv. 25
Trophy One: lv. 40
Trophy Two: lv. 60
Trophy Three: lv. 80
Trophy Four: lv. 100

Coordinator:
No Ribbon: 25
Ribbon One: 40
Ribbon Two: 60
Ribbon Three: 80
Ribbon Four: 100

Elite Four:
Level 100 for non Pokemon League Official Pokemon only

Gym Leader:
Level 100 for non Pokemon League Official Pokemon only

Ranger:
Depends on what rank one holds

Team Rocket:
Depends on what rank one holds

Trainers:
No Badge: 20
Badge One: 25
Badge Two: 30
Badge Three: 35
Badge Four: 40
Badge Five: 45
Badge Six: 50
Badge Seven: 55
Badge Eight: 70
After Elite Four: 100
