Nestled a few miles off the shore of Goldenrod City, on a man-made island surrounded by carefully placed pillars lies a blocked style building capable of withstanding a multitude of strong attacks without causing a scratch. The Johto Regional Rangers have acquired quite a bit of defense in the past few months, while still maintaining what little bit of order they can within Johto itself. They gather here when either on assignment or just off duty. The facility has a storage area for injured and rescued Pokemon to be kept and cared for. Many bunkers line the inner walls that hold food, water, and places to sleep for Rangers as well. But, due to current events… it also contains a detention block for those that are being processed to be shipped to Red Rock Prison for sentences. In essence, this is the start and end of all Ranger affairs. Welcome to your new home, Rangers.

This complex serves much more than just mere radio programming now. It had indeed moved with the times in becoming a global share holder in a much faster paced source of information, such as the Internet and Television. The Communications Tower has a strangle hold on most all forms of communication known. Most visitors are only allowed to use the lower lobby while Business Personnel handle most of the high paced business deals up above.

The Communications Tower is also a excellent place for up and coming Artist’s to get their voices heard throughout Johto. Acting and all sort’s of other Talent scouts visit here quite frequently. So who knows, it could be yourself next on one of Johto‘s many popular programs.

Word is the that Tram has taken on a considerable amount of damage in Kanto and will not be ready for departure anytime soon. That doesn’t mean that people still don’t hang around in the lobby and waiting areas. This place is hardly kept up like it use to be, though. Old newspapers and soda cans are scattered across the ground in a unorganized fashion. You may find a bum, or two or three lounging around without a care in the world. A good place for homeless people to catch a night’s rest before heading out again.

Many of the local people use this place as a hang out spot while browsing the merchandise on display. If it exists in Johto and it a mainstream product, nine times out of ten it can be found here. Although, the immense selection of goods is not the only nice thing about the building. The hotspot is located on the top floor where a sole proprietor has set up a type of meet and greet style social bar. The additional floor is a double story bar that is completely made up of shatter resistant glass on the outside, with jade and marble countertops and floors. Quite the ritzy little place for such a modest location, but you know what they say. If it don’t look expensive most people don’t associate with it.

This place has been made a example of in the past. Where as a Huge Pokeball pattern was fashioned out of the grass, now stands a huge “R” emblem directly in the center of it. The process of clearing the area was halted by a sudden attack of random Pokemon forming bands to protect the park from further damage. As it stands now, this area is a testament to the message that Team Rocket was trying to send. The park itself is open to those that are passing through, although Bug Catching contests are not held as of now until proper order can be restored completely.
