it has been three years since the events of the dark knight. during this time, the
city has fallen further into the depths of hell. shootings, bombings, riots, and general
anarchy have become daily occurrences ever since commissioner gordon was forced
to resign from his job. police corruption rates are higher than ever and batman is now
without a police force affiliate. arkham asylum has fallen completely into inside control,
allowing more than a handful of psychotic criminals freedom in the streets of gotham
once more. a curfew has been in place for the citizens of gotham now, as the city has
gone into a full lockdown. the night is always darkest before the dawn, but how dark
must it get? everyone is either holding their breath, or taking it from others; we're still
waiting for the daylight to come
