Team Rocket From Top to BottomBasic Overview
Team Rocket's not a bunch of gallivanting, hormonal teenagers. Well, not anymore, at least. We're a crime syndicate; the biggest in Kanto. Yakuza take a back-seat when our name comes up. Clear enough? Haven't pissed yourself? Lovely. Onto the actual meat of the subject: Team Rocket's M.O.
Guide Lines
- UniformityWas I not clear before? I'll reiterate. Your life means nothing to Team Rocket. You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else. As a Grunt, your uniform is to be exactly the same as everyone else's; the only members of distinction are your elites, the Admins and your living gods, the Executives. Insubordination to any degree will be rubbed out on the spot. Blood on our uniforms will wash away. A worthless Grunt will only cause the organization to decay.
- Work EthicYou'd better damn well have one-- Team Rocket does not supply you with food, Pokémon, and even a paycheck just so you can loaf around. Your activity is monitored constantly, and if you aren't pulling your weight, we'll take you out. We have enough shit to haul around without the deadbeats that try and freeload. Team Rocket holds a nationwide activity check every five weeks. Don't slack off.
- Glory & CarnageOur goal is simple. Capture the finest of the world's Pokémon by any means necessary. The method which you choose to employ to complete a mission is yours and yours alone. Whether you decide to incapacitate or decapitate your target is of no consequence to us. We will supply you with the tools necessary, but if you fail us, the punishment will be steep. Criminals need not play by the rules, so it is to your advantage to gang up on hapless adventurers and directly attack them with your Pokémon. Team Rocket is a heartless machine, but even we recognize talent; the more attention you draw to us, the more infamy you will earn among our ranks.
- RatsThey belong in Pokéballs, not Team Rocket. Under no circumstances are you to EVER sully your tongue with silver in the face of a higher Team Rocket operative. To do so is treason, and we will not hesitate to banish you from our ranks on the spot when you are caught. Ratting Team Rocket out to the likes of the Rangers or the Police Department is an even higher offense, punishable by death. And trust me, kiddo. We don't bullshit around.

Chain of Command
Executive [2] Pokemon up to level 100
Start with one lv.60 and five lv. 55
TM/HM Abuse AllowedThese are the two major forces that overlook Everything that happens in Team Rocket. Once upon a time they were usually the most powerful beings within the organization with use of Pokemon alone. Times appear to be ever changing in this day and age. These two rule from the Executive’s chair by mere Respect alone within their band of highly trained misfits.
Dario Kasume
Suki
Elite Guard [4] Pokemon up to level 100

No one wants that kind of treatment.

none
Defensive Unit[2]They kind of go hand in hand with the Offensive unit execpt they're quite deadlier. They focus strictly on defense. A defense that is mightier and much crueler than offense. If you ever get on one of these guys bad side, you'll rue the day you were born as well as your Pokemon.
none
Scrubs [x] Pokemon up to level 65
Start with one lv.10 and one lv. 5Bah, they're the lower class people. Basically they're average guys that need to prove themselves in order to advance. They get a nice boost of having both their starters bumped to level ten, otherwise, they're the saplings beside the grand oak..

Little to no respect is given to the Gophers, but at least they have the chance to gather enough skills through out their many jobs to have a better chance in climbing the ranks. They are not specifically for the Medical wing, Gophers are known to be in every admin tree as scape goats or trainees for future higher ranking members.
