Rumors that she was once an abuse case and murdered her parents. Others simply that her parents were killed. Some that she is a run away. Than again even more might say that she used to be part of Team Rocket. Only bits and pieces of each are true of course. Her parents didn't abuse her physically. In fact they never touched her or looked at her. She was ignored for much of her life and latched on to pokemon instead of parents. The pokemon that chose, or chose her, was a Cyndaquil. They ran away together at a young age. She was adopted by a kind farming man who happened to be a breeder. Lucia learned quickly about all sorts of different pokemon. When the man felt that Lucia was ready to take on the world of breeding he gave her a Magby that they had bred together. The man let her take over much of the breeding. A day came when the man disappeared and Lucia followed after him. What she found hurt her greatly. The man that she had grown to love was in the arms of a woman. Angered Lucia attacked them. She ended up killing both of them. After that Lucia has retreated much in to herself and wishes to control her love so as not to feel it for anything else other than her pokemon. This has also given her the need to be associated with Team Rocket. She believes that she is bad as any Team Rocket. He is very protective, especially around new people, and this is probably when he can be seen the most(although probably hiding behind her leg).
