"Shiny" Pokemon are extremely rare, 0.0122% chance of finding one, and will rarely get accepted as a starter. PM a staff member (Preferably an admin) and they could give you the okay or not. SHINIES ARE CURRENTLY BANNED FROM BEING STARTED WITH AS WE ALREADY HAVE TOO MANY, PLEASE DO NOT ASK AS IT WILL BE A NO.
